USB Vandamál

Sælir,, Ég er í smá bobba. Ég er með usblykil sem inná sér er með 2stk þætti sem ég get ekki fjarlægt af og ég get ekki bætt inná hann. Frúinn setti þessa þætti inn og við horfðum á þá í DVD spilaranum og svo þegar ég ætlaði að taka þá út og setja aðra inn þá er það ekki lengur hægt. Ég get copy þá en "delete" valmöguleikinn er ekki í boði. Þegar ég geri copy frá tölvu yfir á usb þá kemur upp gluggi og í honum segir að hann sé wright protected og ég er búinn að fara yfir þetta framm og til baka og google-a þetta en finn enga lausn.

þessir tveir þættir eru terra nova btw ef það skiptir einhverju.. ég er farinn að halda að það hafi verið bara vírus í þessum þáttum eða eitthvað.

Formataðu lykilinn bara með quick format og málið er dautt

Ok, fann þetta til quick format... poppar bara upp gluggi með gulum þríhyrning og segir the disk is write protected

Nema það sé takki á lyklinum sem læsir og aflæsir write protection.

Boot your computer into safe mode. To do this, restart your computer. While it is rebooting, continually press the F8 key until a menu pops up. From that menu, select "Safe Mode."

If the steps above do not work, try editing the registry directly. Select START (bottom left of your screen) and RUN to open the run dialog box. Type "regedit" (without quotes) into the dialog box that appears, and press enter.

Navigate to the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies. Change the value for the key "WriteProtect" to 0

Ég hef prufað þetta sem ég undirstrikaði, nema hvað að storageDevicePolicies er ekki valmöguleiki heldur stendur bara storage og hann býður ekki uppá neitt þar, ss kemur ekkert þegar ég klikka á hann. En ég ætla að prufa hitt sem þú nefnir.

getur verið að það sé svona lock/unlock takki á lyklinum ?

Það er engin slíkur takki á lyklinum.
